Junket: Tossed & Found

Infographics for this secondhand shop in South Minneapolis support the social enterprises’s mission to “to make it easier for people to connect with good, used stuff — and… to markedly reduce landfill contributions by eliminating barriers to — and creating enthusiasm for — reuse.”

Utilizing the ubiquitous paperclip as our hero of this reuse story, Background Stories created two infographics that clearly articulate the relative environmental benefit of reuse as compared to new manufacturing, and even purchasing 100% recycled materials. These visual stories invite viewers to consider the power and impact of reuse, in a friendly and upbeat manner.
