Rose is an information designer who creates infographics, data visualizations, and report layouts. She thrives at the intersection of visual and written communication, using design and plain language to help people engage with complex ideas. With interests in education, equity, and health, she aims to create visuals that are as functional as they are beautiful.
Rose holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Graphic Design and Technical Writing & Communication from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
Ask me about…
- Visual and web accessibility. As a rules nerd and advocate for inclusive design, I enjoy learning (and sharing!) techniques to make our design work accessible.
- Youth robotics competitions. I was on a FIRST robotics team for nine years; as an alum, I enjoy volunteering at robotics events with my family.
- Shopping local art. On the weekend, you can find me perusing local art markets for handmade trinkets and whimsical art prints.
