Two stages of an interactive touch-screen tabletop. The table recognizes what foods are placed on it, and displays interactive information about the food’s journey to the table and the associated ecological sustainability impacts. Users can interact with the information while eating at the table.

The project was a collaboration with programmers at the Interactive Institute (Sweden) for installation in the café of a museum.
